Cancer is the most common cause of death, thus it is critical to identify and target signaling pathways that fuel these cells and drive the castration resistant stage of the disease associated with metastasis and poor patient survival.

There are around 170 known covalent RNA modifications, yet our knowledge about their occurrence and physiological function in mammals is still very limited. Our main interest is to decipher novel epitranscriptomic mechanisms affecting human disorders, with special focus on cancer.
